How is this different from Split PDF?

It's the same tool, framed differently — Split is about dividing a document, Extract is about pulling out a handful of pages you need (an appendix, a signed page, an exhibit). Both save your selection as one new PDF.

Does this upload my PDF anywhere?

No. The file is read and rebuilt entirely in your browser using a Web Worker.

Can I extract pages from a password-protected PDF?
